· Introduction

Yokoyama Reina : Very recently, I announced that I would be graduating and decided to end my entertainment activities with this year’s autumn tour, and I’m really looking forward to that autumn tour! Ikuta-san also graduated during the last tour, and she clearly took part in shaping it. She thought about the songs and the costumes. If it were me, I’d want to do that kind of song, I’d want to wear that kind of costume. 

I want to be involved in creating my final tour. The autumn tour is what excites me the most right now !!! I’m really looking forward to it, but this time, I’ll be graduating alongside Haga-san, so my wish is to create this tour together with her. We’ve been spending a lot of time together lately!

The graduation announcement was really made just two days after Ikuta-san graduated, so I’m truly sorry for having surprised the fans so much. I don’t plan to stay in the entertainment industry after graduating. That’s why I just want to meet all my fans, I’d like to increase the number of events when the single is released. Recently, there have only been events in Tokyo, but I’d love to do some in Osaka, all around the world, and in various places beyond the usual ones.

Of course, it will be impossible to meet everyone I want to, but I’d like to reach out to people I don’t usually get to see, to explore other horizons. I think it would be great if I could increase the number of events and concerts, but since the announcement was made so last-minute, there are only a few months left, so it’s a matter of time after all.

About the announcement, manager-san told me it was okay to make it two days after Ikuta-san’s concert. I saw so many sad fans and I’m really sorry for that. Ako-chan came to see me and expressed her support for what’s next, she was crying a lot… That’s why I want to do my best until the very end.

Tsutsui Roko : Thank you, Yokoyama Reina-san. You’re someone who always surprises those around you by showing up with a new hairstyle or a hair color you’ve never done before. I really liked your double buns, for example.

Reina : Yes, I love changing and evolving my look. If anyone listening to this radio show has suggestions for hairstyles or colors for my final tour, please feel free to let me know !! I love trying new things, and when I still feel like changing, I end up cutting my hair, letting it grow out again, and trying something completely different.

Roko : I want to ask something to you. OCHA NORMA recently announced their first concert at the Budokan, in October 2025. Morning Musume has a reputation among the members for being the "Budokan experts" since you’ve performed there so often, so I wanted to ask you for some advice.

Reina : You need to manage your time well because usually, you arrive there pretty early so you can rehearse on site. Also, since it’s a bigger venue, there’s a lot more food available, and it makes you want to try everything, but you have to be careful, or you’ll end up feeling tired quickly. Once the concert starts, you have to keep in mind things like the "effects" like smoke or other stage elements... You're going in October, so it’s better to wear short sleeves, even if it’s cold around that time, because you’ll get hot really fast during rehearsals!


· Letters from fans

Fan : Reina will graduate this fall so this year’s birthday event was her last. During this event, she made a quiz cornerーI learned many things about her thanks to that. She also asked the fans to send drawings of her. I wanted to ask Reina why and how she came up with her ideas.

Reina : For my birthday, fans always send beautiful birthday cards, colorful papers, decorated uchiwas, and I thought it was a waste to just take a photo with them. I wanted to interact and share them with everyone. It wasn’t about showing off and saying “Look, these are drawings of me”. The deadline was quite short, but I received a lot of drawings, and when I shared them, the fans were really happy too, so I think it was a big success in the end. The reason I decided to do a project was because I wanted to do something fun with my fans, who always send me so much love. I wanted to give something back to them. A lot of people told me it became a good memory, and I really had a lot of fun.

Fan : Reina will graduate this fall so current HelloCon is her last. Can you please share some backstages stories ?

Reina : HelloCon has just started so I don’t have manyt hings about this HelloCon but in general, I’m really looking forward to it because I can meet every members. I like to go to talk to younger members, that’s how I became friends with Tsubaki Factory’s Yofu Runo or ANGERME’s Goto Hana, both members that I considers as my younger sisters, they’re just too cute.

Roko : I’m shy but I always wanted to go to meet you Yokoyama-san, I have a great image of you but I never found the courage to come... I became jealouse of other members you went to see (lol)

Reina : I go to see so many people but you can meet me, it’s your last chance (lol)
