On July 10, 2025, Yokoyama Reina has announced her graduation from Morning Musume。and Hello! Project. The announcement has been published on the official website of Hello! Project.

Regarding members Haga Akane and Yokoyama Reina,

They will be graduating from Morning Musume。'25 and Hello! Project

After the concert tour scheduled for this fall.

Both Haga and Yokoyama expressed their desire to bring a close to their entertainment careers thus far, step into a new environment, and pursue new paths. Since around 2023, we have been discussing their graduation, including the timing, and this is the conclusion we have reached.

Details about their graduation concerts and future plans will be announced once decided.

Haga has been active for about 11 years as a 12th generation member, and Yokoyama for 8 and a half years as a 13th generation member.

They will continue their activities with gratitude, cherishing the remaining time as part of Morning Musume。'25.

To everyone who has always supported me,

I will be graduating from my beloved Morning Musume。and Hello! Project after the fall tour in 2025.

Throughout my 23 years of life, Morning Musume。has always been by my side. Even now, that hasn't changed, it's still here with me. That's why it took a lot of time and thought to come to the decision to leave Morning Musume。.

Not only is Morning Musume。something I love deeply, but the thought of being separated from all the precious fans who have come to know me, and the beloved members whom I want to give all my love to, just imagining it was terrifying.

But it's because of that love that I've decided to move forward now !

Even though I'll be stepping away from life as a member of Morning Musume。, I know Morning Musume。will continue to be right beside me, supporting my life.

The memories we've created together will never disappear !

Also, within all of you, I will always want to remain "Haga Akane of Morning Musume。".

Because of that, I've decided to retire from the entertainment industry at the same time as my graduation.

After graduation, I want to pursue what I can do as just "Haga Akane".

Of course, I feel sad, but I want this decision to become an important and meaningful one for my future self.

So I intend to spend each day from now on with care, and with joy.

In the few months leading up to graduation, I want to cherish my time with all of you even more, and together with the members, I will give my all to bring you the current Morning Musume。.

It's been about 8 and a half years since I joined Morning Musume。and I've been blessed with countless invaluable experiences.

Thanks to the warm love and support from the members and all of you, I've been able to continue my activities until now.

Morning Musume。continues to move forward with the ongoing changes of members graduating and joining.

As I watched my senpai graduate, I started to think more deeply about my own future.

As someone who quickly gets excited about new things, I now feel the need to challenge myself.

And little by little, a vision of a fun, exciting future began to grow in my mind.

I want to open the door to freedom for my self !

I want to live true to myself, going straight toward what I want to do !

That feeling is now very strong and I'm filled with anticipation.

After graduation, I will end my entertainment career and start down a new path.

I'm really looking forward to what the future holds for me!

I was 15 years old when I joined and now I'm 24 years old.

I'm filled with gratitude for everyone who has been a part of my journey. Meeting you has truly been a treasure of a lifetime !
