・This concert was entitled Morning Musume。Tanjou 20 Shuunen Kinen Concert Tour 2017 Aki ~We are MORNING MUSUME。~ Kudo Haruka Sotsugyo Special (モーニング娘。誕生20周年記念コンサートツアー2017秋～We are MORNING MUSUME。～工藤遥卒業スペシャル).
・This is the last concert for Kudo Haruka who received her sotsugyo at this concert. 
・A Kudo Haruka solo angle version of this concert was also released on DVD "Kudo Haruka on Morning Musume。Tanjou 20 Shuunen Kinen Concert Tour 2017 Aki ~We are MORNING MUSUME。~ Kudo Haruka Sotsugyo Special".
・This concert was rebroadcast live on BS SKY PerfecTV !. 
・Takahashi Ai, Michishige Sayumi, Yajima Maimi, ANGERME, Yamaki Risa, Kobushi Factory, Ciao Bella Cinquetti, Kikkawa Yuu, Up Up Girls (Kari), Up Up Girls (2), Lovelys, Suzuki Keita came to the concert. Ishikawa Rika and Saito Hitomi watched the concert live.
・Reina's mother also came to the concert and wore Kudo Haruka's tour t-shirt.

"Kudo-san, congratulations on your sotsugyo. When the tour concert in Saitama was announced, as it was your last performance in your hometown, Kudo-san, I was very worried about my place, did I really have to be there too? I felt very uncomfortable being here. But before the concert started, you told me that we had to have lots of fun. And during the concert, you said we had to take care of me now. It made me very, very happy. Having this concert in our respective hometown, with you, will remain my most precious treasure. I want to thank you for being the 13th Generation Mentor so far, for teaching us so much and for all the memories that will remain etched in my memory forever. Thank you so much.
